Enjoy the spectacular views of the shimmering Huangpu River with amazing fireworks illuminating the renowned Bund at midnight while savoring a tempting five course set menu accompanied by the jazzy vibes from our live band.
The selected five courses are inspired from our Executive Chef Andreas Schmid’s favorite European touches. The exquisite menu starts with a Trio of Foie Gras, followed by a delightful Oxtail Essence and a mouth-watering sous-vide cooked Icelandic Langoustine, while a tender “Wellington” style Australian Angus Beef is served as main. A Champagne Jelly & Red Fruits Terrine will be completing the set menu and help you to revel in the sweetness of the coming year.

The New Year’s Eve menu is priced at RMB 888 per person. You can perfect this evening with an additional RMB 250 per person for free flow from house wine, Paulaner Lager, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
