Our Chef Felix Wittner regularly creates special menus matching the season. This time, during Chinese New Year – an important festival for mingling with families and friends, Käfer will introduce the Chinese New Year Brunch, which is perfect to be enjoyed with relatives during these celebration days.
On February 12th, from 10: 30 – 14:30, guests will be able to enjoy this enticing brunch to celebrate this joyful spring festival. The feast contains various delicacies, such as beef tatar, prawn cocktail and foie gras. Meanwhile, there is free flow of house wine, Prosecco, soft drinks, coffee and tea. It will be a joyful meal for all the guests.
During Chinese New Year holidays from February 15-18, 2021, Käfer by The Binjiang One will be closed.
