Ambrosia Japanese & Yakiniku serves an exclusive weekly Saturday Lunch Buffet featuring a delicious array of Japanese delicacies ranging from seasonal appetizers and salads to fresh Sashimi, Oysters and Sushi as well as selected hot specialties and irresistible desserts spilling from the various buffet stations.
A wide spread of seafood, such as Abalone, Long Feet Crab and Prawns, can be selected from the “Seafood Yaki Bar” (yaki = to grill) and grilled by the guests themselves at their own table.
And, meaty Yakiniku platters (yaki – to grill; niku = meat) starring heaps of juicy ox tongue, karubi and pork slices will be served to all tables – raw and ready to be barbequed according to each guests personal liking.
For all those, who simply would like to sit back and relax, the buffet’s Grill Station will serve mouthwatering grilled specialties such as Spiny Lobsters, Oysters and Lamb Chops just to pick up. Live stations offering tasty French Foie Gras and Japanese Noodles prepared perfectly in front of the guests’ eyes complement the culinary feast.
